This farm is run by their passion for delicious food and sustainable practices, and they provide Hearthfire with some of our local, seasonal produce.

 

Valley Quality Meats

Our grass-fed beef comes locally from Dorrigo and our lamb is from New England- both from Valley Quality Meats.

Yamstick Farms

All our eggs (And we use a fair few!) are certified organic. They all come from this picturesque farm at the foot of Mount Gladstone

 

Stringybark farm

Our potatoes are locally grown & organic from this farm.

 

Uralla Farm

We get our apples, pears, quince, and cherries from Uralla Farm.

Herbies Spice’s

All our spices come from Herbies Spice’s. They are fresh with high quality and free from fillers, starches, msg free-flow agents or additives of any kind.

 

Thornes’ Gourmet Butchery

Our ham & bacon are Bangalow pork, smoked locally in-house at Thornes.

Our pastrami is local, grass-fed, beef cured and smoked in-house at Thornes.

 

Nambucca Macnuts

For our famous macadamia fruit loaf, we use certified organic macadamias from Nambucca Macnuts.

Jimmy’s Greens

We use our salad greens & microgreens in rolls and salads. They are certified organic and grown through aquaculture.
