"Bellingen Wood Fired Bakery is an organic bakery using the traditional methods of hand shaping, sourdough natural leavening and wood fired baking.

We specialise in the use of a variety of grains and flours to produce high quality, healthy, handcrafted breads. Our breads are created free from commercial yeasts, dairy products, genetically modified ingredients or artificial additives.

Our business is inspired by a genuine desire to operate with integrity and true sustainability. Our practices are based on a firm belief in the value of natural food production methods and principles.

Due to the traditional methods we use, our handmade loaves may vary in size and shape."

Soft white Italian Vienna soughdough Loaf enriched with olive oil.

OLIVE PROVINCIAL 850gr batard
Wheat flour, free form sourdough bread with a pungent mix of provincial herbs and rich flavour of pitted manzanilla olives.

SPELT MULTIGRAIN 850gr loaf
Wholemeal spelt sourdough bread interspersed with a variety of whole grains, giving it substance, texture and a subtle, nutty flavour

SPELT LOAF 850gr loaf
Wholemeal spelt sourdough loaf bread. Simple & versatile

10 GRAIN WHOLEMEAL 800gr loaf
Wholemeal loaf style full of a variety of whole grains, giving a tasty, healthy bread.

PUMPKIN BREAD 850gr loaf
Solid white loaf style pumpkin bread containing whole pepitas and whole roasted Jap pumpkin.

RYE VOLLKORNBROT 850gr loaf
Dense german –style bread subtly flavoured with caraway and linseeds. This loaf contains rye and spelt flours to provide a healthy and delicious alternative to wheat.

GLUTEN FREE 870gr loaf
Suitable for celiacs and those on wheat and yeast free diets. A balanced combination of organic rice, millet & buckwheat grains.

GLUTEN FREE FRUIT 870gr loaf
Gluten Free loaf as above but filled with delicious blend of rich mixed dried fruits.

CIABATTA 400gr
Plain wheat sourdough flat bread in the popular Italian style
