And just over the mountain, the Liverpool plain between Tamworth and Gunnedah provides our organically grown grain which is ground for us by Wholegrain Milling Co (Demeter). Highly skilled crafts people lovingly create doughs turning them into delicious breads that warm the heart. Pastries created from organic ingredients and natural sourdough leaven are the basis for pastries that will take your taste buds straight to Paris. In the kitchen, amazing chefs conjure up dishes that are simply heavenly.
